Poor communication and poor customer service.

i would like to being to your notice that installation instructions were not informed properly. Neither is it mentioned on the invoice or informed at the time of delivery. we installed it on our own and there was a slight damage during installation. when i recd call from your staff 3 days after delivery, regarding installation i requested him to assist with the damage, which he refused. with such level of customer service i doubt i will recommend your company or buy anything from you again.
