Great product + Awesome service

I have a back problem. During Covid needed a good chair. Found this online went with the gut but was happy I bought it.
Now needs a new one could not find this on Amazon went with another company. Service was good but chair was not.
Finally found this website and bought this chair.
I knew the chair was good but delighted me was that when I reported an issue with arm they just sent another one. No questions asked.
It is difficult to find a great product and great service simultaneously.
Many companies claim their chairs are ergonomically designed. I have tried 3-4. I do not think they r. Atleast it did not work for me.
In my experience if you r looking for a chair which. Helps the back and look for awesome service if needed then I recommend you try buying here.

Libra high backed office chair user review

We got this chair for the office around 2 months back. It's quite comfortable. What I really like is the under thigh support and back support, which is almost like a cars bucket seats.
The chair feels pretty sturdy and the leatherite material is good. The guy came promptly to assemble the chair.
What I would've preferred is for just the back support to lean back instead of the whole chair tilting back but it's not a deal breaker.
The levers and hydraulics feel long lasting tho it's still early.
Also they need to add more colour options.
All in all a VFM purchase.
