very poor service

very poor service . after delivery of bed I waited for seven days to assemble the bed. after multiple calls and contact seventh day a assembler came and while assembling a un experienced assembler broke the bed. now its more than 30days since delivery I am not able to sleep on my bed. broken is bed is not replaced yet. please arrange to pick up the broken bed as soon as possible and refund my money back. i don't want this bed anymore. one more thing after purchasing of bed , bed price drop almost five thousand rupees. its a big difference. please get back your bed and refund my full amount as soon as possible.
