Worst furniture company with useless service centre

They had asked me to buy minimum 2 chairs forst. I trusting the brand got it. It was DIY assembly. They had not mentioned it. We tried fixing but the holes were not correct but anyway tried and fixed one side but the other side was hard to fix. We asked them to send someone to help from local nilkamal store. They said that is not possible. Then asked them to replace or repair the existing one. That also they were not ready. Asked them to take it back. Their policy didn't allow that also. Then he offered paid service. Though it was not fair I said OK, Then he was like pay now. I said once they fix i will pay and can give written confirmation via email for their reference and he was like sorry Mam cannot do that. If you don't pay now you will not get service. They have not mentioned it had diy and that too a little complicated. Then when seeking help they are not helping. Why are they even having a namesake customer care. Please do not trust their online products. Height was also lesser than that they claimed. Highly disappointed. Thought this was a good brand and spent 6400 for nothing.
Attached pic where holes are not matching and hence could not be screwed. Forces to give a one star.

Very Comfortable and Aesthetic Looking chair

I was looking for lightweight but elegant and comfortable chairs for my Office Conference room and bought a set of 40 Nilkamal cushioned chairs , which , serve our requirement very well and still looking better.
Now we are planning to purchase again about 40 chairs in subsequent months.
